Over the past 10 years, Maureen Coulter has enjoyed a successful career advancing the mission of behavioral healthcare companies on the East Coast, ranging from detox and residential programs for substance use disorders, to inpatient psychiatric facilities, to outpatient mental health treatment centers.
Maureen has overseen business development departments for longtime established corporations while in recent years has focused on start-ups, growing their business from scratch in a brand-new market and increasingly competitive environment by developing and executing strategic plans, building brand awareness, establishing valuable partnerships, and generating sustained referrals for all levels of care and a variety of programs including those treating mental health, substance use and eating disorders.
Her expertise also includes event and conference coordination and management, grant proposals and RFPs, and recruiting, hiring and training business development talent.
